Fabric & Size

Our hats are made from 100% Polyester Fabric and shouldn’t experience any shrinkage.

Head Circumference:

Toddler Size fits 50 cm

One Size fits 58 cm

Wash & Dry Cycle

We recommend washing in cold water, gentle cycle and no chlorine.

For best results, Air Dry! It won’t take very long to dry!

Shipping & Returns

Return Policy

We accept returns within 12 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost unless item arrived defective.

For items that are defective, contact us within 5 days of delivery and we’ll make it right!

Please contact us to start your return process, note you may be asked to provide tracking information for returned items.

Tracking Info

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Change/Cancel Order

To make a change to your order, email us as soon as possible to cancel the order and place a new one if the order hasn't yet been processed. You can email us at help@recesskid.com!

Ship To

We currently ship to all addresses in the U.S.

Please note that standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and US territories may take 12-16 business days and overnight shipping is unfortunately not available. For APO / FPO / DPO addresses, standard shipping can take up to 35 days and express options are not currently available.

Wrong Address

If you realize the shipping address is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at help@recesskid.com!

At this time, we are unable to offer refunds or replacements for packages delivered to the address reflected in the shipping confirmation. Customers are responsible to double check their shipping address is correct at checkout. While autofill features can be helpful, we encourage you to ensure that the information entered is accurate. We are not responsible for addresses that were autofilled by Shop Pay, browsers, or mobile payment services such as ApplePay or Paypal.

Customers must contact courier directly.

Returned Packages

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient address will be handled as soon as we physically receive goods. We will process refund for the items returned to us and you’ll then have the option to place a new order. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Additionally, we’re not responsible for issues with mail forwarding that may cause your package to be returned to sender.

International Ship

We don't offer international shipping at this time, but we are working to build this small business to offer this in the future!
